Privacy Policy

Bet Clutch is a two-page comparison site for offshore sportsbook and casino bonuses. We do not run accounts, do not take deposits, and do not operate any gambling product. This page describes what the site collects when you visit it, and what happens when you click through to one of the operators we link to.

What we collect

Three analytics systems run on this site. None of them asks you for anything, and none uses advertising cookies:

• Our own analytics (self-hosted at stats.betclutch.com) records page views and clicks on our outbound links.
• Our central dashboard at seo.modernizemarketing.com, shared across the sites we run, records the same events. Your IP address is combined with a secret value and a one-way hash before storage — the result cannot be reversed back to an IP.
• Clicky, a third-party analytics provider, records aggregate visit statistics. Their own privacy policy governs that data.

Between them, the data recorded is: the page URL, the referring URL, your browser's user-agent string, an approximate location derived from your IP (country and city level), the time, and which outbound links were clicked. Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse handling.

What we do not collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, payment details, passwords, or any gambling account information. There is no form on this site through which you could give us any of it. We do not buy or receive personal data about you from anyone else, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our own analytics identify return visits with a hashed value rather than a stored identifier. Clicky may set its own first-party cookie; you can block it with any content blocker without affecting how the site works.

Outbound links to operators

Links marked /go/ are affiliate links. Clicking one sends you to a third-party sportsbook or casino, and we may earn a commission if you open an account there. Two things follow from that, and both are worth being explicit about:

• We record the click — which link, when, and from which page — so we can tell which content works. That record stays with us.
• Once you arrive at an operator, this policy stops applying. What they collect, how they verify your identity, and how they handle your money are governed entirely by their own terms and privacy policy. Read them. They are the ones holding your account.

Being paid a commission does not change what we publish. Where an operator's licensing or state coverage is a genuine limitation, the review pages say so.

How long we keep it

Analytics records are kept for as long as they are useful for understanding traffic, and are aggregate rather than personal. Web server access logs rotate on the normal schedule for the server and are not retained long-term.

Your choices

• Any ad blocker or content blocker will stop all three analytics scripts. The site works normally without them.
• Browser "Do Not Track" and global privacy control signals are respected by the third-party provider under its own policy.
• If you want a record associated with your visit removed, contact us at the address below. Because the data is hashed and holds no name or email, we will need enough detail to identify it — and in most cases there is simply nothing tied to you to find.

Children
